The saying "Trading is simple but it's not easy" is a popular adage in the trading world, but its origin is not entirely clear. It is often attributed to various successful traders, investors, and authors, including Jesse Livermore, Peter Lynch, and Mark Douglas.

Downloading a platform and putting on a trade is a very simple task, but being a consistently profitable trader (CPT) is not easy. It took me a few years and thousands of hours to become a CPT.

Welcome to White Sands Trading & Mentoring! My name is Gilles Leblanc, and I have been an educator (French & English) for close to 30 years. I have been a University Instructor and High School teacher in computer literacy/programming, mathematics and business.

I've always been interested in the markets, and I started trading and investing in 2000. Over the years, I've developed a deep passion for teaching others about the markets and helping them achieve their trading and investment goals.

I believe that everyone can be a successful trader/investor, regardless of their experience or background. That's why I've dedicated my career to educating others about the markets and sharing my knowledge and expertise.
